The Sole F63 treadmill I purchased from Great Life is fabulous. I had it shipped from BC to Ontario and Rick was able to get a very reasonable price for shipping. It arrived on time, easy to put together and works great, the whole family loves it. Rick and staff at Great Life answered all my questions and were super friendly to deal with. I would deal with Great Life again, and have already told others about them who are looking for a treadmill.

I was returning home from abroad and needed a quality treadmill for my 14-day COVID quarantine period and for the months to follow. Because of the unprecedented high demand for exercise equipment at that time, Great Life was completely sold out of the unit I wanted but they never gave up finding a way to satisfy my needs.
After a few delays in shipping as a result of OEM shipping issues, Great Life bent over backwards to make sure the treadmill was installed and ready to go in my condo upon my return.
I am very satisfied with the performance of the treadmill and especially appreciative of Rick, the owner, for keeping his word and making it all happen on a very tight time schedule. It's been a life saver being able to work out at home during this Covid crisis.

Great selection of equipment, even in Covid times. Rick and Michelle were excellent! They were diligent about finding out when equipment would arrive from suppliers, then informing us (the customers) by phone or email. We are happy with our purchase of this elliptical machine.
