Bought the elliptical a number of months back and was very impressed so decided to replace our 15 plus year old treadmill. No doubt about who would be getting our business. Staff were a pleasure to deal with both times - friendly, courteous and competent. Good for their word.
I was very impressed with the additional delivery and assembly service. No hesitation using it again.
Michael and his teammate arrived as scheduled and proceeded to assemble the unit. Within the hour it was completed. No mess or boxes left behind. Gym room was left as it was before their arrival with the exception of a new piece of equipment. Bonus that Michael gives a briefing on the basic operation and maintenance as well as proper power connection so when he leaves we were up and running immediately. No need to figure out a manual for basic quick start.
I would not hesitate to recommend Great Life and really recommend the delivery and assembly service. Well worth it as well as being a real time and marriage saver!

I owned the Twist Performance and Wellness Centre in Port Coquitlam for 10 years, selling it on April 1st, 2019. During that time I purchased tons of fitness equipment from Rick.
Now keep in mind, my gym was in Port Coquitlam, and I had ample choices of where I spent my money in Port Coquitlam, but way more often then not, I would make the trip to Surrey to buy my equipment from Rick, even paying the bridge tolls to do so.

Rick and Michelle are a family operation and they made ME feel like family.
They always made me feel welcome, and never pressured me to buy something.
