I came to the store on a busy Saturday and the young lady that helped my sister and I with our purchases was outstanding. Although she was with another customer, we were quickly acknowledged and invited to look around while she finished with her current customer.
We were a little uncertain about what exactly we wanted to buy and she was very well informed about the fitness equipment both in stock, and available to be brought in as a special order.
We ended up very happy with our purchases and will definitely return for our future needs.

I recently made a purchase from Great Life Fitness and I had a very pleasant experience. I was looking for some equipment for my small, home gym and came into the store looking for what I thought I needed. I dealt with Paige and she patiently showed me a variety of products. I ended up purchasing a product I didn’t even know existed. The experience was really good and I will definitely be back.

After my last treadmill finally gave out the service individual suggested Great Life Fitness. I was able to purchase my new treadmill online. They immediately contacted me to let me know that the one I purchased was on back order and provide options. I let them know that I was ok with that. They provided me expected time delivery. From purchasing, communication to final delivery everything went according to plan and i have appreciated the ease and service of the whole process. I am up and running !

I visited the store to purchase an elliptical, having already researched and decided on the exact model I wanted. While it wasn’t available in stock at the retail location, they had it at their Maple Ridge warehouse. The team arranged to have it brought in the next day, and I was able to pick it up the same day it arrived. Excellent service and highly satisfied!
